RETURN & REFUND POLICY - EAZY CANVAS

Thank you for choosing Eazy Canvas.

Please read this carefully. Because all our canvases are personalized with YOUR photo, we have a strict no-return policy.

1. PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS - NO RETURNS
All canvas prints are custom-made to order. Once you upload your photo and place your order, we immediately start production. For this reason, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds if you simply changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or uploaded the wrong photo. Please double-check your photo and size before ordering.

2. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
We pack every canvas with care. If your canvas arrives damaged, we WILL replace it for FREE.
What to do:
- Take a clear photo/video of the damaged parcel within 24 hours of delivery.
- Send it to us on WhatsApp: 0736995077 or Email: eazycanvas14@gmail.com
- We will print and deliver a brand new canvas at no extra cost.
We do NOT give refunds for damaged parcels, only a free replacement.

3. WRONG PARCEL RECEIVED
If you receive the wrong canvas (wrong photo, wrong size):
- You MUST report it within 24 hours of receiving it.
- Send a photo of what you received + your order number.
- If reported within 24 hours, we will correct and resend your correct order.
- If you report after 24 hours, we cannot help, refund, or exchange. This is due to high order volume and we need to close orders quickly.

4. LOST PARCEL
If your parcel is lost by the courier:
- We will track it with our courier partner.
- If confirmed lost, we will either:
a) Resend your order for FREE, or
b) Give you a FULL refund.
This is the ONLY case where a refund is possible.

5. NO REFUND FOR THESE REASONS:
- You uploaded a low-quality / blurry photo
- You changed your mind
- You ordered the wrong size
- You provided a wrong delivery address
- You did not report an issue within 24 hours
